Riversdale collects $200 from each family for fundraising fees. Throughout the year athletes are given chances to earn back this money through fundraising activities, delivering phone books, Old Dutch chips, coop gift cards, poinsettias, cookie dough, Mom’s Pantry, bottle drives, etc. More information is sent out prior to the start of each fundraiser. The money raised also supports our club and its development of coaches, equipment, and athlete training. Participation in fundraising is voluntary. Athletes may continue to earn back not only their fundraising fee but all their club fees as well.
September 1 to 30th
Phone books: routes are approximately 800 phone books per route. You will deliver one phone book to each mailbox on your route (map provided) phone books are picked up in Silverspring and transported to your route area and delivered by you. You will receive $0.24 per phone book delivered and the club will receive $0.06 per book delivered. Your route must be completed before the end of the month. We usually receive the books just before the August long weekend and you may start your route the moment that the phone books arrive.
Nov 1 to Dec.
50/50 Draw All proceeds to the club – Selling 1000 $5 tickets – lottery licensed and eligible for a 25% grant from SLGA Winner will receive 2500. The club will receive $2500. This will help to purchase new equipment and subsidies team travel.
Nov 1 to Dec. 16 Nov/ Dec
Coop gift cards: You purchase gift cards in the amounts of $25, $50, and $100. You pay the face value amount of the coop card. Coop gives us 10% profits. 5% of the profit goes to your athlete and 5% goes to the club.

Baba's Fundraising
We have begun our new fundraiser and it is super easy! You can buy and enjoy homemade perogies, cabbage rolls and more!
