2025 Alberta Indoor Track & Field Championships Recap

Thank you to the organizing committee, volunteers, and officials for putting on a great 2025 Alberta Indoor Track & Field Championships.

Also thank you to Riversdale coaches and chaperones for supporting our athletes in the competition. Thanks to all the athletes for representing Riversdale so positively, on and off the track. Athletes achieved many personal bests and 10 medal performances.  Congrats to the following medalists:

Toni Akinade:

• gold medal - U16 girls long jump

Katie Rogers:

• gold medal - U20 women 3000m

• silver medal - U20 women 1500m

Naysa Woods:

• silver medal - U18 women 1000m

• silver medal and SK provincial record - U18 women 600m 

Lily Holman:

• silver medal - U18 women 1500m

• bronze medal - U18 women 1000m            

Simon Granger:

• silver medal - U20 men hurdles

• silver medal - U20men pole vault

Preston Dodge:

• bronze medal - U20 men 3000m
