Bell Track & Field Olympic Trials
Four Riversdale athletes experienced an exciting four days at the Bell Track and Field Trials (June 27 - 30) in Montreal. Canada's top U20 and Senior athletes did not disappoint spectators, and many sealed their spots in the Paris Olympics.
Annie Beveridge-Warick placed 6th in the U20 women's 5km, running to a new personal best. She also improved her time in the 3km, moving up from her seed placement by 7 spots.
Nathanial Dosman easily moved from the qualifying round to the preliminary round in the 1500m. He ran a personal best in the 3000m and moved from his 33rd-place seed to finish in 11th overall.
Attleigh Maloney made it through the qualifying round in the U20 women's 400m and then ran another strong 400m in the prelim round shortly after she finished running a strong 800m.
